The user was charged incorrectly or for a duplicated transaction.
The request is made within the allowed refund period (as stated below).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Certain situations are not eligible for refunds, including:
The user failed to attend the webinar without prior notice.
The request was made after the refund period expired.
The user encountered technical issues due to personal internet connection, hardware, or software limitations.
The content of the webinar did not meet personal expectations, as all webinar topics and structures are clearly outlined before purchase.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. If there are delays due to banking processes, users should contact their bank for further details.
4. Webinar Cancellation Policy
If a webinar is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical failures or scheduling conflicts), registered users will be given the option to:
Receive a full refund.
Transfer their registration to another available session at no additional cost.
5. Rescheduling a Webinar
Users may request to reschedule their participation in a webinar to a future session if the request is made at least 48 hours before the webinar start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. Payment Disputes
If a user files a chargeback with their bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team, their account may be restricted from accessing future webinars. We encourage users to reach out to us first to resolve any concerns.
